  4. Phone number;

  5. Whether you are over 18 years old;

  6. Custom username and password if you choose to register for an account on our HRBuffalo HR Portal site;

  7. Federal Employment Identification Numbers (EIN);

  8. Payment information including credit card number in connection with chargeable services;

  9. Name and email of Company representative; and/or

  10. Any other relevant data to verify your account.

B. Information We May Automatically Collect About You:

Our Website may automatically and passively collect Information about you from your visit to our Website. We use this Information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. This Information may include:

  1. IP address;

  2. Your geographic location;

  3. Date and time of your visit;

  4. Domain server;

  5. Type of computer, web browsers, search engine used, operating system, or platform or web browser you use;

  6. Data identifying the web pages you visited before and after visiting our Website; and/or

  7. Your movement and activity within the Website, which is aggregated with other information.

    • Mobile Application Technologies. If you access our Website through a mobile device, we may automatically collect information about your device, your phone number, and your physical location. You may opt out of tracking and receiving tailored advertisements on your mobile device by some mobile advertising companies and other similar entities by downloading the App Choices app at aboutads.info/appchoices.

    • Opting Out of Targeting & Do Not Track. We, or third parties with whom we collaborate or contract to perform services on our behalf, may use your Information to text, email, or contact, or share with you information that we believe may be useful to you, such as information about products or services provided by or through us through permissible targeted advertisements or related to our Website.       • Some users engage a Do Not Track (DNT) setting to indicate a preference regarding tracking by advertisers and other parties. Our Website does not respond to DNT signals.

Opt-Outs

You may receive marketing communications from HRBuffalo with information about products and services being made available to you. These communications are based on information captured in the following scenarios:

2. where information is collected in to reward or provide employee incentives from us; or,

3. through our strategic alliances with third parties and affiliates.

You are offered the opportunity to opt out of receiving these marketing communications from us.  You may also review and request changes to your Personal Information that we have collected in these marketing scenarios, including the removal of your Personal Information from our marketing databases.

Links To Third-Party Websites And Social Media Features

Our Website may interface with social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. We are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of those websites or social media platforms or the information they may collect (which may include IP addresses). You should contact such third parties directly to determine their respective privacy policies. Links to any other party’s website or content do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by us of the linked website, social media platform, and/or content. By accessing our Website through your account with a third party such as Facebook or Google, you understand that these third parties may share certain data with us for authentication to permit you to access our Website securely. If you choose to access our Website in this manner, this Information will be considered our account information for purposes of your use of the Website.

Children’s Information

The Website is intended only for users over the age of eighteen (18). If we become aware that a user is under thirteen (13) (or a higher age threshold where applicable) and has provided us with Information, we will take steps to comply with any applicable legal requirement to remove such Information. Contact us if you believe that we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected Information from a child under the age of thirteen (13).

We reserve the right to change, modify, or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our products and service offerings. If we modify our Privacy Policy, we will update the “Effective Date” and such changes will be effective upon posting. It is your obligation to check our current Privacy Policy for any changes.
