Marc is a strategic HR professional who believes that human capital is one of the most important assets of any business. He believes in providing clients with the absolute highest level of HR expertise to help align HR initiatives with the business goals. Helping local organizations streamline processes, navigate complex HR matters, and cultivate best practices while maintaining an engaged workforce is essential to keeping the Buffalo business community thriving.
Marc holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from SHRM. Marc graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Buffalo State with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, focused primarily in IO Psychology. He was the President of the student chapter of SHRM as well as the Honors Society in Psychology (Psi Chi). Marc has been a member of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association since 2016 and served on the BODs as the Director of Certification from 2017-2019 and continues to serve on the Certification Committee. Giving back to the Buffalo community and educating the future leaders of HR is something that drives him.
Outside of Work
Outside of spending time with their daughter, Marc and his wife exercise their creative muscles working on film sets with Pan-American Film Division, a Buffalo-based production company, which they co-founded along with a small group of friends in 2020. This team has earned several international awards, over a dozen NYS Emmys, and three screenings at the Cannes Film Festival. Marc enjoys golfing, hiking, snowboarding, and being a Buffalo sports fan - GO BILLS!
