Beth Higgins

HR Consultant

Beth has spent her professional career in Human Resources and holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP accreditations.  She has worked with small, mid-sized and large companies, spanning from start-ups to mature organizations and even private equity firms.  She has experience in Manufacturing (Pharmaceuticals and Food & Beverage), Sales and Financial Services.  She speaks at National Conferences and specializes in Culture and how it influences Employee Engagement, reducing Turnover, and supporting Diversity and Inclusion.
